My Bentayga has a habit that is starting to drive me crazy, so I want to ask other owners. It is a 2019 model and I use it for the school run and for trips to the office. When I start the car after it has been parked in the sun, the AC blows warm air for about ten minutes before it finally gets cold. At night it is cold in two or three minutes, so I know the system can do better. My wife says a big SUV just needs time to cool down in this heat. My brother thinks something is wrong and says a car like this should not make us wait. My friend has a Continental GT and he said it could be a weak fan, a slow leak or a dirty front part that blocks the air. I did not want to guess, so one evening I read about it online. I opened a page about Bentley cars on a Sharjah website to learn how the gas, the fan and the front cooling part work together, and it helped me understand the words a mechanic might use. Then a coworker told me to look for a Quick Bentley AC service in Industrial Area 11 (https://caracrepairsharjah.ae/brands/bentley/), because he said a few places there can check the pressure and the fan in one visit. I like quick, but I do not want quick to mean careless. So I have some questions. Is ten minutes too long for the AC to get cold in a hot car, or is that normal for a big SUV? Should the garage check the pressure and the fan before they add any gas? Can sand and dust on the front of the car make this problem worse? And about how long does a proper AC service take, and what is a fair price? If you had the same thing on your Bentayga or another Bentley, please tell me what it was and about how much you paid.
