Hello everyone. I'm interested in supplier audits. How often do you conduct internal audits, and what exactly do you audit? We do this irregularly, mostly "as needed." I understand this isn't the best approach. Does anyone have a more systematic solution?

We started doing scheduled inspections once a quarter, and problems immediately became fewer.

Colleagues, I'd like to add my observation. Even as a budding entrepreneur, I learned that any supplier management system must address three objectives: data storage, control, and transparency. Solutions like Precoro address these issues comprehensively. If you don't have the information, see here (http://precoro.com/to/vendor-management-system) . The Precoro system allows you to centralize information and track changes in real time. This is especially important when working with a large number of counterparties. At a financial company where I spoke with colleagues, this helped speed up internal audits. As a result, processes became more predictable.
