Last winter I helped my uncle send a large food shipment to another state and we ended up dealing with damaged products because the temperature was not maintained properly. Since then I have been trying to understand how businesses handle these shipments safely. I recently came across temperature controlled freight while looking into better options, but I am still unsure what to look for in a provider. Does anyone here have experience with this type of shipping and know what questions I should ask before choosing a service?
