For me, T20 is probably the easiest one to follow. There’s usually something happening every few overs, so I don’t have to spend hours watching. I’ve also watched plenty of ODIs, though, and I like how they give teams more time to recover after a bad start. Last summer I followed an ODI with some friends, and we kept changing our predictions as the innings developed. That was actually what made me appreciate the format more.

That said, I’ve recently started paying more attention to ODIs because there’s a bit more room to see how a team handles different situations. It usually depends on which teams are playing and how familiar I am with their current form. For me, understanding the format makes following the match much more enjoyable.
